[ilamb-users] Announcement: changed default data location

Dear ILAMB enthusiasts,

I am writing to let you know that the default location of our benchmarking
data is changing locations as our ilamb.ornl.gov is failing. If you pull
from master as of this afternoon, that location is changed in ilamb-fetch
and will be transparent to you. If you do not wish to update your ILAMB
code, you can run:

ilamb-fetch --remote_root https://www.ilamb.org/ILAMB-Data

which simply changes the remote location. Note you will likely get SSL
certificate warnings. This is because the authority which we have used to
create the server's certificate is not included in the list of authorities
packaged in your operating systems. So your OS cannot decide if it will
trust us. For some reason your browser keeps a different collection of
authorities and so navigating your browser to this site is ok.

To circumvent this, I have added a --no-check-certificate option which you
may need to use. In the version of ilamb-fetch that I pushed this morning,
I detect the SSL warnings and include an explanation that using this option
implies that you trust that the target of --remote_root is who they claim
to be.

Hope this doesn't cause any further disturbance in your great work,
Nate
